Sukup Enclosed Belt Conveyors provide a durable, dust-tight grain handling solution with capacities from 10K to 57K and belt speeds up to 700 FPM. Designed for efficient material flow, this enclosed belt conveyor system features 10 GA sides, 7 GA bearing stiffeners, and a hot-dip galvanized finish for long-lasting performance in demanding grain operations.
A ½" antistatic UHMW bottom liner and tongue-and-groove floating liner attachment promote smooth belt movement, reduced friction, and minimized static—key advantages for reliable grain conveying. The conveyor’s 5' spaced conical idlers, spherical roller bearings, and 1¼" stub shaft idler connection support consistent belt tracking and efficient grain transfer across the system.
For maintenance efficiency, the enclosed conveyor includes a large service door, hinged inspection doors, bearing guards, and multiple liner options. The head section incorporates a slide-lagged head pulley with a lagging replacement door, plus an optional two-way discharge. The tail section features a self-cleaning herringbone reloading tail pulley and a plow to direct grain. A 42" telescoping take-up with a 2" acme threaded rod, 1½" leveling rods, and antistatic UHMW rails ensures accurate belt tensioning.
